Stoner Stix Vapes offers a 15-day return and refund policy beginning on the date your order is successfully delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with a product that has been used as intended.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@stonerstixvapes.com within 15 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for returning the product.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

The return must be authorized by our customer support team before shipment.

Items returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund or replacement request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your financial institution. If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Important Notice

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. Claims submitted after the 15-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
